We are looking to raise fund to support the family of Lt. Richard Harris. It is now time to help prevent a fellow brother in uniform from becoming another statistic. As a dedicated officer for many years, Richard dedicated his life and heart to Portsmouth Police Department in VA. Please help us support Richard and his family during this time. His wife Kimberly and their two children greatly apricate your support and prayers to help him get back onto his feet. It is time that we serve Lt. Harris like he has served so many others.
