Hello,
My name is Isabella Diaz, and I’m raising funds on behalf of my dad, Nelson, a retired police officer who has dedicated over 30 years of his life to serving the City of Plantation, Florida. He's a gentle and selfless man who has always put others before himself. Now, as he faces the challenge of dementia which is a result of Amyloid Plaque build up on his brain. We're seeking support for Kinsula therapy, a treatment that offers hope for those with cognitive impairment which helps break up the amyloid build up on the brain. Insurance after months of trying and several appeals will not cover his treatment due to a plan exclusion. In the meantime, we have been delayed in getting him treatment. This treatment will improve his quality and longevity of his life. The costs are significant, any contribution will directly aid my dad in accessing the care he needs to manage his dementia with dignity. Your generosity, prayers, and support mean the world to us as we navigate this journey together. Thank you for being part of our family's fight for my dad's health and well-being.

Thinking of you and the family. I know you will overcome. I’ve known you for 30 years and I know you are strong and capable of fighting. God bless you.
I am so terribly sorry to hear this awful news. I remember you, Isabella, when you were a baby. Brandon and my daughter Nicole Knorr went to CCA together. I hung out with your mom and dad tons. Please give them my love, phone too 954 547-9436. I moved to JAX in 2018 cause of heat. Keeping your family in my prayers.
